Uploading a Video

The preferred video format is MPEG-4 (Part 14). We recommend using this format to upload video files. Often these files have .mov or .mp4 extensions. The following video container formats are supported along with the specific video and audio codecs:

Audio-streams containing more than 2 channels (for example 5.1 sound) are not supported and will result in no sound after being uploaded. This also applies to files that contain multiple audio-streams (for example different languages).
