Not a timmies in sight.

This July began with my wife and my road trip to the Blackhills of North Dakota, she rode her 750 Honda and I was on my Goldwing Valkarie and we had wonderful weather. It was her first long ride as a new rider and she handled the distance well. Being from Manitoba we are not use to curves or hills so riding the Iron Mountain road with its 341 curves over a 17 mile stretch tested our abilities, not to mention the hail storm we ran into in the hills. Beautiful country, lovely people but not a Timmies in sight. First thing we did when we got back after 7 days was head straight to our Tims in Morden and had our double double. sorry america but your coffee doesn't do it for us. Next Summer Halifax here we come.
