Tim Hortons Surprise

Our "road trip" is in a boat, as we have been travelling the Erie Canal and Finger Lakes District. Imagine our surprise and pleasure when we were biking in Geneva, New York, and came across a Tim Hortons restaurant! We rarely "drive" past one without stopping, and of course made this our lunch-time destination. After that, everywhere we boated, we looked for evidence of more Tim Hortons restaurants, and were surprised to find lots of them along the Erie in New York State. We don't like to see litter, but always got excited to see Tim's cups - evidence of a nearby restaurant. We're still boating, but now back in Canada, and enjoyed breakfast at one this morning in downtown Brockville. Too bad there are no Tim Hortons on the islands of the 1000 Islands National Park!
