Man and Dog both saved by a piping hot Tim Hortons coffee!

I am from the south and have no Tim Hortons close to me. Also being from the south am not used to the freezing subzero temperatures of a Canadian winter. However, I quickly learned how Tim Hortons has the BEST coffee on planet earth! What I didnt know is, that it would one day save me and my puppies life!
One day, while visiting my girlfriend, me and my 3 month old black lab Sarge were on a "dont potty in the house" walk. We would walk until he peed, and on this lovely -20c day in Ontario we decided to stop by the local Tim Hortons to get some coffee and a timbit for the pup. I came out double fisting coffee and gave the pup his timbit. Sound good? Well in a normal non-arctic country it would have been amazing. However in the extreme surprise blizzards of Ontario it didnt end up that way!
On our way home we got hit by such a blizzard. Panicked, i ducked inside a closed summer sandwich shop. Holding my pup close trying to warm him with my body heat, the only comfort was in my still quite hot coffee. I pulled off the lid and let my frozen icicle of a puppy, drink at the warm liquid. To my surprise he loved it!
We sat there for two hours watching the storm pass and with the help of our coffee stayed warm. Finally it subsided, and we could findly "walk" home through the foot of white that had fallen. Without my Tim Hortons coffee, me and my best friend would have had a nice chance of hypothermia! Ever since, not only me but my lab are addicted to Tim Hortons!
