Comfort in the Hospital!

My name is Maria Zaccaria and I live in Buffalo, NY. Last summer my mother was in a horrible car accident on the day of my high school graduation. My mother's neck was broken, along with her leg in two places and a fractured shoulder. Unfortunately, she then missed my graduation and my older sister, Aimeelyn Zaccaria's college graduation from Erie Community College. Despite our struggles to manage through our big events without our strong single mom, we went on to spent the summer at the hospital with her everyday. Now you may be wondering what this has to do with Tim Hortons but every day we would go to the cafeteria of the hospital and get our favorite drinks and sweets from Tim Hortons. We shared laughs and cries over our iced caps and hot teas, managing to make it through the most difficult time of our family's life while still growing and bonding together by just having the opportunity to sit down and enjoy our favorite treats. So therefore, Tim Hortons has helped our family heal through trauma and we really owe you all a big thank you!
