Chocolate Meatballs and Beach Tools at 'The Coffee Store'

Comfort food.

It is definitely a comfort food.

Long drives, short drives, a walk through the mall, a morning necessity, a road trip to anywhere sees a visit to 'Timmy's' - or, as my 3 year-old daughter refers to it - 'The Coffee Store.'

It was on a particularly long drive to the beach that we took as a family that my daughter wanted to go to 'The Coffee Store' so that Mommy and Daddy could have a cup of our beloved brew. Once inside, she declared to everyone within earshot that she wanted a 'chocolate meatball' as she pointed at the Timbit racks. As the laughter died down and we m4ade our way to the beach, we realized her real motive... as the picture will show, she wanted Mommy and Daddy to have their coffee so that she could have an extra tool for her sand castle!

Of course, as you might expect, every visit to 'The Coffee Store' now includes a 'chocolate meatball' and a beach tool - but only once Mommy or Daddy are reminded to "hurry up and enjoy more coffee guys, I need another shovel!"

Thank-you Tim's Horton's for providing us with another coffee, so that we could share a wonderful family moment with our comfort food in tow.
