Our version of Champagne

Tim Horton's coffee has always been a staple in our home, it's gone thru the best times and unfortunately some of the worse times. Back in the 1960's my grandmother owned a local coffee shop, where she and her 5 children worked and that's when the love affair began with coffee. Many discussions and memories were built around coffee. And then came along Tim's, and our family started to meet there after my grandma passed on.

The best memory I have with Tim Horton's coffee, is when my children were born. Both of them in the morning, and as I adjusted to motherhood and fell in love again and again with their beautiful existance, there was husband with Tim Horton's coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We cradled our cups in our hands while we stared at the hospital bassinet, basking in the joy of not just one, but 2 years later... another blessing. I will never forget that warm, cozy feeling and elation that came with both births.
Tim's was like a nice pat on the back saying "Good Job Guys!". Tim Horton's coffee was and is our celebratory drink, so pass on the champagne!!! :)
