As a motorcycle enthusiast, I usually travel with a large group of bikers. We always stop regularly at many Tim's during our road trips. During late Sept of 2010, I decided to travel to Newfoundland on my motorcycle. On my return trip the weather was not ideal as it was quit cold and rainy. I knew my destination would be Tim Horton's at Port au Basques and prayed for the sight of the oval beige red lettered sign as my beacon in the night. I finally arrived after a long cold ride, swung my kickstand down, and hurried inside. I made a beeline for the washroom, not to pee, but to hold my hands under the air dryer as my fingers were frozen and I was unable to undo my helmet strap. After removing my helmet, I enjoyed several hot cups of coffee then continued on to Marine Atlantic ferry terminal.
