Over Thirty Years of conversation

My husband and I have been together for more than thirty years. We always have coffee dates at Tim Horton's.
It was a place we went after the movies, when were too young for the bars, when we first dated. Tim Horton's was the stop on our vacations for Breakfast.
As the years went on and our children were born, it was the place we stopped for snacks, lunches dinners across Ontario between Volleyball, Hockey and Baseball Tournaments and Games.
Tim's as we call it for Short, is always the stop even today on our way to and from our destinations.

I worked for 7 yrs near the #1 Hamilton, and original Tim Hortons store.We met frequently just to see each other to catch up on our daily news. It was a time to discuss things in an enviroment that was non-threatening. Even when the topic may not have been favourable. It was our time without our teen children volunteering there imput, even when it wasn't asked for. As a shift worker my husband would meet me on the way to work as I finished my day. Tim Horton's Ancaster Meadowlands is the place we still go after work and on weekends to have time for us without interuption.

I Thank Tim Horton's for being a part of our successful marriage. A place to communicate and remember why we are together.
