A day out for Grandpa

Every time my mom and I go to pick up my grandpa at the rest home always for lunch he wants Tim Hortons he loves the tea there and my mom and I love the coffee!!! But since he loves Tim Hortons the last few Rememberance days my family has been taking him to tim hortons for lunch and we tell him to wear his suit with all his metals. He thinks it so great. Then we take him to victoria park in memory of WWII has he was a veteran and a POW, i think it great to get him out of the house to go to tim hortons just to make him happy. Its his highlight to go there, but the people at the north vancouver harbour side plaza at main street tim hortons have been great and so delightful. We have never had a problem there and we know most of them so well, that i want to deticate it to my grandpa who just passed away in sept 2011 at the age of 94 and it great to be able to sit with the rest of my family still there for coffee but still include him every time were there and still think all the great memories we had there with my grandpa! At his funeral as a great memory we even included a tim hortons coffee mug at the ceremony with a tea bag inside!! A cup of tea and coffee always has a story!!
