My two friends and I decided about 6 months ago to start saving our empty Tim Hortons cups and see how many we could save before Christmas to try to make a Christmas tree. We started to run out of time so we asked some friends to save their cups as well or we wouldn't make it on time.
We started to put the tree together around the 1st of Dec. 2011. and finished it on the 16th of Dec. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed every coffee. Mabey for July, a giant maple leaf. We will see.
