After 35 years of marriage to a wonderful husband and father I have acquired a passion for supporting single mom's. I know I couldn't have done what they do day in and day out so I started babysitting and transporting the children of 5 single moms to and from school and my place as most of the single mom's I work for don't drive. My daily routine goes something like this. I get up at 6:15 am and pick up my first mom and daughter. To my releif my first mom works for Tim's so I grab my 1st coffee of the day and go to pick up child number 2. I drop her Grandma off at work then head to household number three where I get the older child off to school then loadf up the younger child and head off to the fourth stop. I then drop off child 1 and 4 at school and bring chils 2 & 3 home with me. Sometimes I stop on my way home and pick up a 2nd cup of coffee then I watch the two little girls till 2:30 and 5. At 5:15 I head off to my paying Job at a little convenience store where I work 6 to 11 at night. I usually stop on my way to work and get my last cup of the day which I enjoy throughout my night shift. This morning I pulled up to the drive through window and ordered a large coffee with 3 cream and the voice on the intercom corrected me..."Didn't you mean an extra Large?" We both laughed You know you a regular when. Thanks Tim Hortons staff and management for keeping me going all day so I can do the things I love to do.
