On March 12, 2012 in Campbell River, BC we woke up to 135 km wind storm and no power. My dad got dressed and off to Tim Hortons he went to get our coffee for us. Campbell River is a great community with lots of natural beauty which means we have some big trees within City limits. The route to our Timi's is thru a forest that has huge firs down both sides. As he was driving to get our morning fix of Timi Horton's he started to realize how windy it really was. The fir trees were bending over like you just hooked a big fish. He arrived at Timi's grateful that they had power. He drove home as quickly as possible and brought us our favorite beverage a Timi's double double. Later on that day we had heard on the radio that there were many trees that had fell that same morning just after my dad drove thru there to get our coffees. My dad would risk almost anything to get his daily fix of his favorite beverage Tim Horton's double double.
