Timmies down under!

Well I have just returned "Home" to Australia after spending over a year in Canada during that time I traveled all across Canada to visit my brothers their Family and my close friends!
The big thing that I miss being back home besides my Family and friends is a great cup of coffee!
The one thing that stands out for me is Timmies Coffee! I miss the Great taste of Timmies! No matter where I went in Canada Timmies was always there with a great economical cup of coffee! I traveled to Montreal, Whitby, Toronto, Kitchener. Hawkesbury, Calgary and Vancouver! I have tried many coffees here and I have had good coffee but nothing that compares to the consistent Quality and flavour of a Timmies with Cream!
So........................... When my Sister in law was going to send me a package and asked me if there was anything I wanted from Canada? Well I jumped at the chance to get some of Tim Horton's Coffee!
The interesting thing about this story compared to others probably told every day, was when my sister in law went on a quest for some coffee to send to me! The cans available from Timmies are heavy and ideally coffee in Pouches would be a better medium to to post to Australia! As luck would have it my sister in law discovered Timmies coffee in 1 pot "Bricks" 1 brick does one pot of coffee! Unfortunately when she went into Timmies they were out of stock! but luckily the manager "Maurice" was there, and noticed she was empty handed coming out of the store......so he inquired if there was something she was looking for that she did not find at The store, she told him and Maurice offered to make sure he would get her some and even offered to add a box of bricks to her order to allow me so many more satisfying cups of Timmies brew! I wanted to share this story because it shows that besides the coffee the people at the store, in this case Maurice from Tim Hortons at 3862 St. Charles Boulevard in Kirkland also showed why Timmies is such a successful company and a part of every Canadians life! "Good on ya Timmies" three Aussie Cheers "Oi! Oi! Oi!"
Ha ha I just finished brewing the coffee and the taste is better than I remember, the only thing that was slightly different was I had to make my own 10% cream because it is not sold here, so I bought some 35% and diluted it with some 2% to get the right mix! Ahhhhh the perfect cup of coffee down under!
