How Do I Redeem?

During the last Roll Up the Rim to Win contest I had an idea. My first instinct was to trick someone into believeing they won something they didn't. I thought about this one for a bit and decided that I should use this creativity for good instead of bad, and started saving a few Roll Up the Rim to Win cups for a later date. I managed to white out the "Please Try Again" statement under a few rims and write something special in its place.

Months after the contest closed I decided to use these cups and start what could be the greatest day of my life with a good ol' reliable coffee from Tim Hortons. I walked to the Tim Hortons just around the corner from me in Toronto, purchased two mediums with one milk (best way to drink it by the way!) and transfered the coffee into my "prize cups".

When I got home and finished my coffee with my girlfriend, she then rolled up the rim to read "Will You Marry Me". Her reaction, second only to my reaction when I win a coffee on a Monday morning, was amazing. Tears of joy even began to fill up her medium coffee cup lol. I had a ring as well, to supliment the best prize, which of course was me!

Now for the rest of our lives we will have a connection to Tim Hortons coffee.
