I am a 3rd generation curler. My Grandfather, Father and myself all active members of the same curling club. Learning to curl is one of my greatest memories and it all started when I was 2 years old. My Father, and my Grandfather would sit me on top of the rock and slide me all the way down the ice spinning and laughing the whole way down. After every "practice" we would go to our local Tim Hortons and enjoy a well deserved treat. Hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie was always my pick!
It is because of this early memory that I gained a love for the game and became a competetive curler myself. Tim Hortons is always a part of the day whether it be an early morning practice or a competition out of town.
