Hey, My name is Sarah, I am 13 years old and an absolute curling fanatic!!! I have been curling with the same curling team for about 4 years. And last year was the first year we decided to try out for the provincial Junior/Juvinile circuit. So every saturday morning we would wake up at the crack of dawn and head out to wherever the tournement may take us. On this specific morning it meant leaving at 5 am to make it to Cornwall (from Montreal) in time of the LCA finals. So as usual on the way our parents would pick up tea and our orange juices for Tim Hortons. But this morning they had forgot our juice!!! So when we got on the ice for our first game we were surprised to lose our first game in over 2 months. And the next game after that we lost as well. So midway through the last game we were down 6-4. Our coach calls a time out. She runs on to the ice with 4 Tim Hortons orange juices and tells us to drink them as fast as possible so after 3-4 huge gulps of Tim Hortons orage juice we get back on the ice. To our suprise our whole game turn around and we end up winning 8-6. When we got off the ice we rushed straight to our coach and asked her why she gave us the juice, she replied, that we hadn't lost in 2 months and the morning we forget to drink our Tim Hortons orange juice we are losing. Since then we always make sure to stop off at Tim Hortons and drink our orange juice in fear of the "curse of the Tim Hortons orange juice".
