Back in February 2008, I travelled from Edmonton to Kamloops to watch the Strauss Canada Cup Curling in Kamloops with my grandsons Austyn, 1 yr and 7 months, his brother Liam, 7 months old and their Mother, a Tim Hortons Junkie. Whenever we needed a coffee break, Austyn would lead us to the "Timmies", never to one of the other commercial coffee dealers. Even to this day when the two boys are driving with us and see a Tim Hortons, they both yell out "Timmies" Austyn still has his curling rock from the Strauss Canada Cup and knows what to do with it. It was also such a pleasure to have Austyn get his picture taken with part of the Gushue Rink, who were such gentlemen with him.It is never too early to learn the link between Curling and 'Timmies', I mean 'Tim Hortons'
